Subject: IGC Trademarks EtherMAX

On April 15th 2008 InterGlobe Communications trademarked EtherMAX as the brand name for its new Metro Ethernet offerings.

In Q4 2006 InterGlobe Communications opened its product offering with Metro Ethernet over Copper (or EOC) under the name EtherMAX.

This new offering allows InterGlobe Communications to provide Ethernet services to clients’ where traditionally Ethernet was unavailable, allowing clients access to high bandwidth circuits, without the need for costly Fiber or DS3 build outs.
